In EMA’s data centers, we provision and manage custom configured server and network infrastructures dedicated to individual customers. EMA provides 1 to 4 processor socket servers, with 1 to 4 cores per processor. EMA also offers dedicated firewalls, Cisco Ethernet switches and VPN endpoints, SANs and storage arrays available on a dedicated basis. For all the hardware it operatesEMA maintains hot spare equipment in each of its datacenters, ensuring that replacements are on hand to be swapped in the event of failure.

24x7 Network Operations Center

The front line of EMA’s support is its Network Operations Center. NOC engineers are highly skilled in a wide variety of technologies, and are typically capable of resolving whatever issues arise right then and there without having to escalate calls and delay resolutions. While NOC engineers can collaborate with specialist engineers when necessary, EMA recognizes that time is of the essence in executing clients’ requests and responding to alerts.
